Mount Komagabayashi is a 509-metre peak on Itsukushima island in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, one of three principal summits on the island alongside Mount Misen (535 m) and Maeyama. Its summit consists of a granite platform some 35 metres long, offering open views of the Seto Inland Sea and the primaeval Misen forest. The peak lies within Setonaikai National Park and on the Ōmoto course, one of the three Miyajima Tourism Association climbing routes, and is included in the Hatsukaichi 20 Meizan list.
