Mount Kimen (1,890 m) stands in the center of the Ina Mountains in southern Nagano Prefecture and is the range's highest peak, rising on a four-way border shared by Toyooka, Iida, Ōshika, and Takagi. Its summit observation tower commands sweeping views of both the Central and Southern Alps; the name is said to come from the demon-like face the mountainside takes on in the evening light. The mountain is listed in the Shinshū Hyakumeizan and the Shinshū Furusato 120 Mountains.
