Mount Ege is a 593-metre peak in the Yano district of Aki Ward, Hiroshima City, the principal summit of the Yano Three Mountains (Ege-san, Hokki-san, and Myōjin-san). Its summit is developed as Ege-san Park with an observation deck and rest area, several trails on the Chūgoku Nature Trail network, and the remains of Yano Castle on the northern ridge. Famed for sweeping views over Hiroshima Bay and the city, it is reachable by paved road and features on the Hiroshima Hyakuzan and Hiroshima 100 Meizan lists.
