Aki-Kofuji is a 277.8-metre cone-shaped peak on Ninoshima island in Minami Ward, Hiroshima City, whose graceful Fuji-like silhouette gives it the popular name 'the little Fuji of Aki'. Within Setonaikai National Park, it is reached on a beginner-friendly trail of about 45 minutes from Ninoshima ferry pier, and the summit commands views over Hiroshima Bay and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The mountain appears on the Shima-yama 100 Selection, Hiroshima Hyakuzan, and Furusato-Fuji 100 lists.
