A mountain hut near Sugoroku Pond in the saddle between Mount Sugoroku and Mount Momisawa in the Northern Alps. Reached on the main trail from Shin-Hotaka Onsen via Koike Shindo and Kagamidaira, it is a junction for traverses toward Sugoroku, Yari, Kurobegoro, Washiba and Kumonodaira. The area is rich in water and alpine flowers, with a celebrated view of the Yari-Hotaka range from the Sugoroku plateau.
