鏡平山荘

A mountain hut at Kagamidaira, a basin of small ponds directly below Mount Yumiore in the Northern Alps. It is about five hours from Shin-Hotaka Onsen via Koike Shindo and about 2 hours 10 minutes from Sugoroku Goya, making it a useful stop toward the Ura-Ginza mountains. It is best known for the reflection of the Yari-Hotaka range in Kagami Pond, as well as alpine flowers and autumn color.
