This out-and-back follows Mount Ishizuchi's main pilgrimage approach from Sancho-Joju Ropeway Station via Joju Shrine, Zenjagamori, and Yoakashi Pass to Misen. Chain sections have bypass trails, and the summit shrine looks toward Tengudake and the Seto Inland Sea.
