This out-and-back route follows Mount Ibuki's Front Trail from Uenoguchi Trailhead to the summit, gaining about 1,200 metres via the first station and the Sixth Station Shelter. It crosses the open former ski slope and continues with broad summit views from around the third station. The trail from Maibara's Uenoguchi side has been closed since major storm damage in 2023.
