Shakotan Town Outdoor Sports Forest Ski Area is a small town-run slope above Bikuni in Shakotan, Hokkaido, with a view over the town and Bikuni fishing harbour. It is a simple family hill with a single rope tow and a small lodge, open on weekday afternoons into the evening as well as at weekends, so local children use it after school. There is no rental or other service, and sleds are allowed only in the daytime. The season usually runs from January to early March, closed on Mondays.
