Mt. Hanneishiyama

Hanneishiyama is a 559-meter peak on the ridge of Mount Kogashi, which rises on the northwestern edge of Utsunomiya in Tochigi Prefecture. Its northern slopes are known for thickets of hikage azalea, and the summit area offers views of the Nikko mountains such as Nantai and Nyoho. The Kogashi massif is laced with trails reached from Utsunomiya Forest Park, and the peak is counted among the "Kanto Shuhen Yamanami Aruki" route.
