Mount Nakanoone is a 2,296.4 m peak on the border of Misakubo (Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu) and Kawanehon Town in Shizuoka, dominating the Western Ridge of the deep southern Akaishi (Southern Alps shinnanbu) between Mount Ikeguchi and Mount Kurohōshi. The highest summit in Hamamatsu City, it is cloaked in coniferous primary forest and bamboo grass at the headwaters of the Shirakura River, and hosts alpine flora including Takanenadeshiko and Iwainchin. The peak is included in many regional lists, including 静岡の百山, 水窪100山, and 日本の山1000.
