Mount Kagura (674 m) is a satoyama summit in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, north of Saruhashi Station on the JR Chūō Line. It lies just off the Otsuki traverse from Tanokura Station via Mount Mate and Mount Gozen down to Saruhashi Station, shortly before Mount Gozen, and the brief detour from the main ridge makes it a quiet summit. The neighbouring Mount Gozen is the tenth peak of Otsuki's Twelve Splendid Views of Mount Fuji.
