Mount Kokōge is a 1,288-metre rocky knoll on the western Tanzawa main ridge between Hinoki-boramaru and Inukoeji Pass, straddling Yamakita Town and the Midori Ward of Sagamihara City in Kanagawa Prefecture. Within the Tanzawa-Ōyama Quasi-National Park, it forms a chain-fixed rocky band together with the adjoining Ōkōge peak — one of the more demanding sections of the Tanzawa traverse. Iron ladders also occur intermittently along the section to Ōkōge.
