Kodake is a 1,360 m peak in the Amagi range at the centre of the Izu Peninsula, Shizuoka Prefecture. It stands on the Amagi traverse west of Mount Banzaburō (1,406 m, the summit of Mount Amagi, one of Japan's "100 Famous Mountains"), between Totsuka Pass and Katase Pass. The surrounding old-growth forest of beech, Stewartia and Amagi rhododendron is a special protection zone within Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park.
