Senningatake (662.9 m) is Ashikaga’s highest summit, on the border with Kiryu, Gunma, at the southern end of the Ashio Mountains. A maintained route of about 9 km links the Inoko Tunnel and Iwakiri trailheads. Light snowfall allows year-round hiking. The roughly 10 m chain-assisted section at Inugaeri has a bypass.
