Mt. Nōdake is a 542.7 m peak in northern Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture (also known as Nōchikuyama or Mukōkazeyama), connected by ridge to Mt. Yaeyama just to its south. The trailhead is close to JR Uenohara Station, and the loop course through Yaeyama's 'Gokan-no-Mori' nature trail is featured as the Yaeyama course in the Yamanashi Hiking 100. The summit and the ridge offer expansive views of Mt. Fuji over the Tanzawa, Dōshi and Misaka ranges, making it a popular winter low-altitude hike; the peak appears on the Kai Hyakusan and Nihon 100 Tei-meizan lists.
