Mt. Narawazudake

Narawazudake is a 374-meter mountain in the Nango district of Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture, developed as the "Citizens' Forest of Narawazudake" near Lake Aoba in the upper Niida River. It has over 10 kilometers of footpaths, maple and chestnut groves, a wetland garden, a campground and a visitor facility, and as a wildlife protection area is known for spring wildflowers and autumn color. Its summit lookout commands views of central Hachinohe, the Pacific and the Hakkoda mountains. It is counted among the Aomori 110 Mountains.
