Mt. Kamiishi

神石山

A 325 m peak with a first-class trig point on the Kosai Range (Yumihari Mountains) west of Lake Hamana, sitting on the Aichi–Shizuoka border between Toyohashi and Kosai cities. The highest summit of the chain, it commands views of Lake Hamana, the Enshu-Nada coast and even Mt. Fuji on clear days. It is the central peak of the hiking network maintained by the Kosai-Arai Tourism Association, accessed from Umeda or Ochiba-no-Sato parks.
