Mount Sangajo (1,035 m, with a high point of 1,062 m) is a twin-peaked summit straddling the Kamisaihara and Okutsu districts of Kagamino Town, Okayama Prefecture; its name preserves the tradition that the three provinces of Inaba, Hoki, and Bizen could be seen from its top. Revered as a sacred peak in local mountain worship, the summit holds two stone Buddhas alongside artistically weathered rocks. A well-maintained trail from Kamisaihara Promotion Center offers a safe family climb and earns the mountain a place on the Chugoku Hyakumeizan and Okayama Hyakumeizan.
