Hokodatemine is a 1,572 m peak in Sekikawa, Niigata Prefecture, on the main ridge of the Iide range. The Iide range was designated part of Bandai-Asahi National Park in 1950 and its spine carries peaks of around 2,000 m. On the Tainai side, the Ashinomatsu ridge trail is closed from 1 June to 30 November 2026 (planned).
