This classic Takamizu Three Mountains traverse climbs from Ikusabata Station through Jofukuin Temple to Mount Takamizu, then links Iwatakeishi, Mabutsu, and Sogaku before descending to Mitake Station. Mount Iwatakeishi provides the broad mountain views, while wooded Mount Sogaku has the quiet inner sanctuary of Aoi Shrine.
