This return route climbs 2,307 m Mount Yokote from Shibu Pass. It follows the trail beside the ski slopes to the summit, then explores the summit area before returning. In clear weather, the views extend to the Five Peaks of Northern Shinshu, the Northern Alps, Mount Asama, and Mount Fuji.
