This out-and-back route from the gondola summit station passes Nyukasa Wetland, Yamabiko Lodge, and Manaslu Lodge Observatory before climbing Mount Nyukasa. Mount Nyukasa rises to 1,955 m, with the route crossing the wetland before heading to the summit. From the trailhead near Manaslu Lodge, the climb gains about 200 m; the summit offers a 360-degree view including Mount Fuji, Yatsugatake, and the Southern and Central Alps.
