From Shomaru Station on the Seibu Chichibu Line, this loop crosses Nagaiwa Bridge and climbs along the Saneya valley via Gorinyama to the 851 m Mount Izugatake, then heads from Gorinyama to Okurayama and descends past Kame Rock and Futago Rock to the Saneya fork and back to the station. A shorter circuit of one of Okumusashi's most popular peaks that avoids Shomaru Pass, it combines a stream-side path with a rocky ridge.
