This return route walks from Miyajima Ferry Terminal to Momijidani Park, then follows the standard Momijidani Route to the 535-metre summit of Mount Misen. The gentler lower trail gives way to steeper stone steps before passing Misen Hondo and Reikado halls and reaching the summit observatory overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.
