Haboro Town Ski Area "View" is the town-run hill on the edge of Haboro, on Hokkaido's Sea of Japan coast. True to its name, its wide family slope looks out over the Sea of Japan as you ski. One lift serves two fairly long intermediate runs, and night skiing on weekdays lets locals ride after work or school. The lodge has a cafeteria, and in winter a town bus runs up from the centre. It opens from early January to the end of February.
