Mount Arima (1,213.4 m) rises on the border of Hanno and Chichibu in Saitama Prefecture, on the divide between the Okumusashi and Chichibu ranges above Arima Dam. The name covers three summits — Nita-yama (south), Hashigoya-no-kashira (north) and the highest point Tatara-no-kashira (centre). The area lies within Saitama Prefecture's Okumusashi Prefectural Natural Park, and the peak is reached via Warabi-yama or Torikubi Pass. It is listed in the Saitama Prefecture mountain guidebook.
