Unmanned prefectural refuge hut in the Azuma Range of Bandai-Asahi National Park, Fukushima City. It is reached from the Takayu Onsen and Fudosawa trailhead side of the range and stands at a recorded elevation of about 1,644m. The 21-square-metre hut is intended for temporary shelter in bad weather and holds about ten people. Stream water is available one minute away, but there is no toilet or camping equipment. It is open free of charge throughout the year; in deep snow, access may be through a window if the doorway is buried.
