Chojo Fuji Kan

Staffed hut at the Fujinomiya summit of Mount Fuji, officially described at about 3,740m. It is roughly four and a half to seven hours on foot from the Fujinomiya fifth station, just beyond the route's final torii, and about 30 minutes from Kengamine. Sengen Taisha Okumiya shrine and the summit post office stand beside it, with an Environment Ministry public toilet behind. Komagatake directly in front is a sunrise viewpoint, so overnight guests can rest until around 04:00 rather than climb through the night. Sleeping is in shared quarters arranged by party, with a futon provided for every guest.
