Hut standing at about 820m on the new route along the Yubiso River on the eastern side of Tanigawadake, near the confluence of Shibakura-sawa, immediately beside Seikei Gakuen's Koshi Ryo hut. It is about 90 minutes on foot along the new route from JR Doai Station or the Shiragamon trailhead car park at Doai-bashi, with four stream crossings that can be impassable when the water is high; the old route via the forest road takes about 120 minutes and is less affected by rain. The surroundings are beech forest, at their best with the fresh green of June and the autumn colour of late October. No official source could be found for its managing body, conditions of use or facilities, so those details are unknown.
