This traverse climbs from the Sengen-one Trailhead bus stop to the ridge, then follows Ishimiyanokashira, Hembori Pass, and Sengenrei. It heads east along the gently rolling ridge once used as the Kōshū Nakamichi road, passes the Sengenrei viewpoint and Tossaka Pass, and descends to the Hossawa Falls Entrance bus stop.
