This circuit from Miyatsuma Gorge climbs via Mizusawa Pass to Mount Mizusawa (Miyakoshi-yama), then follows the Kama Ridge to Mount Kamagatake. It returns to Miyatsuma Gorge by way of Take Pass and the Kazura Valley.
