This long loop from Miyazuma Gorge visits Mount Kamagatake, Mount Mizusawa (also called Mount Miyakoshi), Mizusawa Pass, and Mount Nyūdō before returning on the Miyazuma New Trail. The Kamano Ridge from Mount Kamagatake to Mount Mizusawa is scenic but has repeated ups and downs and steep slopes. Mount Nyūdō’s broad summit looks out to Mount Kamagatake and Ise Bay.
