Mount Yoroigatake

Mount Yoroigatake is an 847 m peak on the border of Oita City and Bungo-Ōno City and the highest point in Oita City, standing at the southern end of the ridge that links Amagoi-dake and Eboshi-dake. The trail from Yotsutsuji-tōge climbs steep sections fitted with chains and gives wide views of the Yufu-Tsurumi and Sobo-Katamuki ranges from the summit. The peak is designated part of a Forest Therapy course and is listed in the Ōita Hyakuzan and New Ōita Hyakuzan.
