Goma-Daira Shelter Hut

Unstaffed shelter at about 1,860m on the Nakamiya-do, the route climbing from Nakamiya Onsen toward the summit area of Hakusan in the northern part of Hakusan National Park. It sits well above Shinanokidaira, the other shelter on the same trail, and at 25 places it is one of the larger shelters on the northern side, with both a water source and a toilet. Use is free and possible all year. Enquiries go to the Ishikawa Prefecture Hakusan Nature Conservation Center. Because the Nakamiya-do is long and lightly travelled, this hut serves as an important staging point for walkers traversing the northern part of the range.
