This circuit climbs Endo Ridge from Uga Valley, crosses Mount Ryugatake and Kasane-iwa to Ishigure Pass, then returns to Uga Valley on the Omote-michi trail. It combines the bamboo-grass ridge from the Ohachiyama junction with waterfalls and streamside paths in the gorge. In early summer, white azaleas create the mountain's celebrated 'white sheep' scene.
