This circuit climbs from Ajisai-zaka to Mount Ohirasan, crosses Guminoki Pass and the summits of Teruishisan and Aoiriyama to Sakura Pass, then returns along the southern foothills. It combines the long stone stairway of the historic approach, Teruishisan's first-order survey marker, and ridge views across the Kanto Plain.
