This return route follows the Maedabashi Course from Tateishi to Mount Ogusu, the highest peak on the Miura Peninsula. It passes the junction with the Maeda River promenade and ascends through woodland beside the stream. From the 242 m summit, clear days can reveal Mount Fuji, Enoshima, the Izu Peninsula, Hakone, and the Boso Peninsula.
