This circuit from Okura climbs through the Nishiyama Forest Road and Futamata to Ushirozawa Pass, visits Mount Nabewari and Mount Komaru, then returns on Komaru Ridge. The 1,272 m summit of Mount Nabewari looks to Mount Fuji, the Hakone Mountains, and the Tanzawa range, and is home to Nabewari Mountain Hut. The descent follows the ridge from Mount Komaru to Futamata rather than retracing the ascent.
