This out-and-back route from Hino Pass reaches Mount Dainichigatake by way of Mount Suigo and Mount Kamagatamine. Mount Suigo is 1,559 m, Mount Kamagatamine is 1,669 m, and Mount Dainichigatake is 1,709 m; Dainichigatake is included among Japan's 200 Famous Mountains and Gifu's 100 Famous Mountains. The trail enters beside the ski area and follows an open ridge linking the three peaks. Mount Suigo looks across to the Kamagatamine ridge and Mount Arashima.
