Mt. Urabu is a 231 m peak on Yonaguni Island in Yaeyama District, Okinawa Prefecture — Japan's westernmost inhabited island — and is the island's highest summit. Its symmetrical conical silhouette has earned it the nickname "Yonaguni Fuji," and a road extends all the way to the summit. The summit area harbors a stand of Quercus salicina rare for Okinawa, while the subtropical lowland forest extending from the foothills to Cape Shinkawa is a critical habitat for the Yonaguni atlas moth, one of the world's largest moths. The mountain is included on the Shimayama 100 and the Okinawa Prefecture Mountain Guide.
