A municipal climbing hut at the Dainichisugi trailhead for Mount Iide in Iide, Yamagata. The Takeya-Dainichisugi town road reaches parking beside the building, from where the route climbs via Jizodake toward the main Iide ridge. During the hiking season it provides sleeping space, stream-fed water and a wood stove; hot showers and blanket rental are available while a caretaker is present.
