南暑寒荘

548 m · Uryu, Hokkaido · 2.2 km from the summit of Etaidake

A municipal hut at about 545 m in the Uryunuma Wetland Gate Park, within Shokanbetsu-Teuri-Yagishiri Quasi-National Park. It is a roughly 26 km, 50-minute drive from central Uryu; the wetland entrance is about a two-hour climb from here. Its free shared rooms serve hikers visiting the wetland and Mount Minami Shokan.
