This short walk leaves the second observatory beside the Washuzan car park in Shimotsui, Kurashiki, and follows bare granite ridges to Shoshuho, the 133 m summit, and back. Named for its likeness to an eagle spreading its wings, the hill is a signature viewpoint of the Setonaikai National Park, looking down on the Seto Ohashi Bridge and more than fifty islands scattered across the sea.
