This pilgrimage out-and-back route leads from Mitsumine Shrine to its Okumiya inner shrine on the summit of Mount Myohogatake. Myohogatake is a 1,329 m peak in Oku-Chichibu, with the shrine's Okumiya standing at its summit. The route leaves the main shrine precincts along the Okumiya approach, passes the Myohogatake junction, and finishes on steep stone steps with chains and handrails.
